Yesterday we played in our back yard. It was Brynn's first time playing in the grass. Of course she got some in her mouth too. Here she is doing the army crawl. She's getting pretty quick!
This is the last picture we have of Brynn in her swaddle. A few weeks ago she fell asleep with both arms out and we haven't turned back! That was the last night she was in the swaddle. We're elated it was so easy. What a good sleeper! She's turned into a belly sleeper like her daddy. Yes, she's playing with my sunglasses.
We visited Grandma Brenda and Grandpa Frank at their summer home in Lilliwaup for the holiday. Brynn loved her first pool experience. She kicked and splashed. When she kicked in her little lady bug it turned in circles! Pretty cute!
I hadn't dyed eggs since I was a kid. These were organic mini eggs from happy healthy local chickens! Yum!
Here we are wearing our hoodies together.
Big Girl Carseat
It's supposed to last until she's 65lbs, 35lbs rear facing! The AAP now recommends infants rear face until at least 2 years or until the weight or height limit on their car seat.
We have been married for 7 years now. Brynn is our first child. We share our home with three cats: Zoe aka Tabby, Ti (pronounced Ty), and Violet. Brynn Aubrey was born on October 4, 2008 at 12:03 am by c-section after 36+ hours of labor. She was 7lb. 9oz and was 19.5 inches long.
